By accessing and using the AI-XNexus platform (operated by RongLin Tech), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Data Usage License

Unless otherwise stated in specific dataset metadata, data provided on AI-XNexus is for Research and Non-Commercial use.

• You may not redistribute the raw data without explicit permission.
• Commercial licenses must be obtained separately for enterprise datasets.
• You must attribute "AI-XNexus" and the original contributor in any publications.

3. User Contributions

When you submit data to AI-XNexus, you grant RongLin Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the data. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to submit such content and that it does not contain PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

4. Limitation of Liability

AI-XNexus is provided "as is". RongLin Tech makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the datasets. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the data.
